Appointments: Please understand that emergencies do occur and all emergency cases shall receive top priority. To allow time for all patient examinations and scheduled surgical procedures, we request that you let us know all of your concerns when you make an appointment. This will allow us to allot ample time to insure that all of your questions are answered and your pet’s needs are met.
Patient Arrival: We ask that new clients arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out all necessary paperwork and register your pets. The new client form can be printed off and filled out at your convenience by clicking here. If you are transferring from another animal clinic, we ask that you bring with you a copy of your pet’s health records.
