Doctors

Dr. Hunt received his doctorate of veterinary medicine from the University of Missouri in 1999. Upon graduation, he practiced at an 18 doctor practice in western New York. After returning home, he opened the Franklin County Animal Medical Center in 2004. He works with both large and small animals. He really enjoys all aspects of the clinic, especially surgeries and reproduction work. He grew up and still resides around the Hermann area with his wife, Karri, and 3 kids. His hobbies include working, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Sara received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine and Masters of Public Health from the University of Missouri in May 2018. Upon graduation, she joined the FCAMC family. She works with small animals and the occasional pocket pet. Her veterinary medical interests include oncology and reproduction.

She grew up in the St. Louis and Springfield areas. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her fiance Zach, their three legged cat Nemo, and border collie Addi. She also enjoys working with her horses, hiking, traveling and Cardinals games.
