We attribute our success to our fine staff and the services we offer.
Our main emphasis at Franklin County Animal Medical Center is preventive care. We want to protect your pet from disease and prevent sickness, rather than waiting to treat after it has affected your pet.
One of the strong points of our philosophy is our teamwork attitude and our emphasis on communication. You and your pet will also get the personal attention that you both deserve.
We believe in the delivery of up-to-date services to our patients in the most compassionate and humane manner that we can carry out as well as being caring and sensitive with our clients.
We can guarantee that at Franklin County Animal Medical Center your pet will receive the outstanding personal attention and care that he or she needs.
Appointments: While walk-in, unscheduled appointments are always welcomed, making an appointment will help ensure that you and your pet are seen as promptly as possible. Please understand that emergencies do occur and all emergency cases shall receive top priority. To allow time for all patient examinations and scheduled surgical procedures, we request that you let us know all of your concerns when you make an appointment. This will allow us to allot ample time to insure that all of your questions are answered and your pet’s needs are met.
Patient Arrival: We ask that new clients arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out all necessary paperwork and register your pets. The new client form can be printed off and filled out at your convenience by clicking here. If you are transferring from another animal clinic, we ask that you bring with you a copy of your pet’s health records.
Drop-Offs: For your convenience we offer a “drop-off” service Monday through Saturday. This service is offered in cases where you may not be able to get away from prior commitments for a scheduled appointment. We ask that you bring your pet in as early in the day as possible. This will allow the doctors the opportunity to examine your pet as soon as they are available and to have ample opportunity to do additional diagnostics if needed.
