Dr. Hunt Tainter received his doctorate of veterinary medicine from the University of Missouri in 1999. Upon graduation, he practiced at an 18 doctor practice in western New York. After returning home, he opened the Franklin County Animal Medical Center in 2004. Dr. Tainter works with both large and small animals. He really enjoys all aspects of the clinic, especially surgeries and reproduction work.
Dr. Tainter grew up and still resides around the Hermann area with his wife, Karri, and 3 kids Cole, Brooke, and Reagan. His hobbies include working, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Spencer Thompson received his doctorate of veterinary medicine from the University of Missouri in May 2014. Upon graduation, he joined the FCAMC family. Dr. Thompson works with both large and small animals. His veterinary medical interests include critical care, and soft tissue surgery.
Dr. Thompson grew up in western Missouri and moved to the area after graduation and joining our team. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, and his twins, Rhett and Emerson. Dr. Thompson’s other hobbies include duck hunting with his Labrador Retriever, Laney, travelling, and watching sports.
Dr. Sara Bryan received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine and Masters of Public Health from the University of Missouri in May 2018. Upon graduation, she joined the FCAMC family. Dr. Bryan works with small animals and the occasional pocket pet. Her veterinary medical interests include oncology and reproduction.
Dr. Bryan grew up in the St. Louis and Springfield areas. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her fiance Zach, their three legged cat Nemo, and border collie Addi. She also enjoys working with her horses, hiking, traveling and Cardinals games.
